I Value The Arts is a campaign run by the National Campaign for the Arts to allow communities to have their views on support for the arts heard. It relies entirely on the time and efforts of volunteers to spread their message – that the UK’s communities value the arts and proposed government cuts to arts funding are unacceptable.

Kareem Black

Some great new work from Kareem Black - an awesome photographer based in New York. I worked with him on the Republic shoot for Propaganda.

Here's his latest work shooting Amanda Lepore. They look awesome - really liking the sci fi, transvestite, ice queen, fashion look. Think he's caught a a totally different side to her that nobody has done before. Everybody has seen the David la Chapelle look of her (which was great) - but i think this is a totally refreshing and new approach. Very graphic - love it.
